What information is required for customization? Is it acceptable without complete drawings?

Priority is given to providing complete drawings (including dimensions, hole positions, process requirements, etc.);
If there are no complete drawings yet, you can provide product specifications, usage scenarios, and core needs (such as load-bearing capacity, protection level, equipment integration requirements), and engineers will assist in completing the program design.
