How long is the order delivery lead time? Can urgent delivery be provided?
Answer
a. Regular Products (non-customized): Bulk delivery lead time is 15 days;
b. Customized Products: Bulk delivery lead time is 25 days (starting from the launch of mass production after sample confirmation);
c. Urgent Needs: Support urgent order processing. We have previously achieved 5-day urgent delivery of additional console orders. The specific urgent lead time needs to be evaluated based on order quantity and process complexity.
